Safety Won “Excellent Development Award” 2014 from OIC

Safety Insurance was recognised for “Excellent Development” in 2014 Prime Minister’s Insurance Awards. The award presentation ceremony was organised by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) as part of Thailand’s Insurance Day celebration at Queen Sirikit Convention Center.

Presiding over the ceremony was Thai Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Mr. Pridiyathorn Devakula, who presented the awards to all winners.

Safety Won 2013 ICT Excellence Awards for its Core Process Improvement Project

Safety’s e-Motor Claim Management System is recognized by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology for its outstanding performance and contribution to drive organization growth in the sixth ICT Excellence Award 2013.

Among 27 awardees in the Core Process Improvement Project category including PTT Public Company Limited, Stock Market of Thailand and the Central Bank of Thailand, Safety Insurance Public Company Limited is the only insurance company to win the award in such category. Thanks to the e-Motor Claim Management System (e-MCMS).

“Safety has been successful in utilizing IT solutions to improve its work process, especially the claims functions, which has resulted in more efficient claim service delivery,” says Khun Chuchai Vachirabanchong, Executive Vice President, Safety Insurance. “With necessary data readily accessible, the speed of claims process has improved significantly, reducing errors and redundancy.”

Safety Insurance was inspected by the Judging Committee that comprised of technicians, university lecturers, and management from leading organizations to verify the success of implementation.

Launched in 2008, the ICT Excellence Awards is a part of the Ministry of ICT commitment to acknowledge the vital work and recognize the outstanding performance and exceptional contribution by innovators in the ICT community and organizations through the use of ICT tools and processes that have improved efficiency and effectiveness of business in three organization sectors – government sector, non-profit sector, and private sector.
